Fat-fueled can't do high-intensity workouts

  TODAY'S WORKOUT 30:00 AMRAP 3:00 Per Exercise - Goblet Squat 54lbs - Cal Row - Toes to Bar - Hand Release Push-ups - Cal Air Bike - Sit-ups - Shoulder to Overhead 95lbs - Box Jumps 24" - Burpees - DB Snatches 50lbs I got 375 reps. 48 years old, moving weight, moving my body, doing high-intensity workouts when many people my age are deciding what heart disease, diabetes, or hypertension medication they're going to get on.
