Lockdown at-Home Workout


You know I love burpees. Burpee Box Jumps are pretty cool too.⁣

It's hot today. 

I've been playing around with a high fat, moderate protein, calories deficit diet for two weeks. Thanks to @ketosavage for his info on the video we did a while ago.⁣

I'm loving it so far. No cravings. Not ever really hungry. I just eat when it's around the time I've decided I'm going to eat each day.⁣

I start work with coffee and heavy cream. That holds me until around 11-12 then I eat half a keto brick. I work out between 2-4 and around 6 I have a full meal. 3/4 - 1lbs ground beef and 3 eggs.

Today's Workout:
15:00 Weight Vest, Farmer's Carry. 30# vest, 25# plates ea.
